Fantastic location with strong wifi and helpful staff. Parking was easy to find, and we loved relaxing on the balcony with a small table and chairs.

Noise from the street and nightlife can be overwhelming at times!!! The lack of an elevator can be inconvenient, especially for those with heavy luggage!!! Narrow shower spaces can lead to uncomfortable washing experiences!!!

rushed meals

the shower was utterly tiny, I could barely stand without bumping into the walls. Also, breakfast was a weak excuse, especially when they ran out of food by 09:15. I had to plead for coffee as they were already cleaning up, almost made me think, did I book the special treatment? I just couldn’t let this go!

Excellent location on the beautiful island of Ortigia. everything was easily accessible. The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging transport to Catania airport, especially during the holiday. The room was spacious and came with a lovely balcony for relaxation.

The shower could definitely be improved as it felt a bit cramped. and we noticed the breakfast could run out quickly if you arrive a bit late.
